Directory Renewal Form

You can update any of the contact information before submitting. However, the breed must stay the same. If you have changed breeds, or have other breeds to list, please use the directory form from the directory you want to list in. Renewals must be received within 7 days of the cancellation notice. If your listing has been cancelled, you will need to go back to the directory and resubmit.

Fill in any contact information you want to update, and click submit. If you do not need to make any changes, just click submit, and leave the fields blank. If you have multiple renewals due, be sure to state which one you are renewing in the "comments" box on your order.

All orders, cancels, changes etc. must be approved by the site administrator. Please allow 24 hours, for any site changes, to show up online.
