*Items must be returned within 30 days. Items received after 30 days, are not eligible for a refund, and will not be returned to you. NO EXCEPTIONS.

*You must contact us FIRST, before you return your item. Some items come directly back to us, others go back to the warehouse. Ware house items will need a return authorization number, written on the outside of the package.

*Returns will be processed to the same credit card, or Paypal account, you used to purchase the items.

*Refunds are for purchase price only, we do not refund any shipping charges.

*If your item is defective, and has a warranty, you will need to contact the manufacturer. Contact information will be in your users manual.

*Refused/Undeliverable Orders - You will be refunded the purchase price, less any shipping charges, and a 25% restocking fee.
